Chapter 02 — The Source
It starts with a jersey.
Every TMADE piece begins as somebody's jersey — pulled out of a closet, off a hook, out of a drawer. Before anything is built, it has to be taken apart.
Somebody wore this first.
Chapter 03 — The Cut
Cut with purpose.
Nothing is cut at random. The graphics, the numbers, the nameplate — every panel is measured and marked so the parts worth keeping end up where they belong.
Chapter 04 — The Assembly
Built one panel at a time.
Panels are squared up, set into the shell and run through the machine one at a time — stripes, crest, nameplate — then trimmed back by hand. This is the slowest part of the build and the part that shows.

Chapter 05 — The Interior
More than what you see.
Under the shell there is a second garment: quilted panels, batting and a full lining, assembled before the outside ever goes together.
Chapter 06 — The Rebuild
One jersey. One of one.
The panels go together as a garment that did not exist before — and cannot exist twice.
